Online Balloon Shop: Delivery & Pick-Up Orders

  • Currently we offer delivery services to all locations in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. All deliveries will incur a delivery fee based on location. You will receive delivery date and time block confirmation within 48 hours of your order.

  • We offer FREE pick-up for most items at our Bradenton workshop. We will confirm your pick-up date and time block within 48 hours and include the address to our workshop.

  • Due to the varying sizes of our creations we highly suggest a large SUV or van that is clean and with seats folded down. We highly recommend all car seats be removed if possible. If at time of pick-up your vehicle cannot accommodate the balloon creation without jeopardizing it we will collect a RUSH ORDER delivery fee to get it to you within 24 hours.

    Stuffed Balloons and Snack Gifts are our smallest creations and can normally fit in the back of a clean mid-size SUV.

  • GRAB & GO DECOR

    We recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance to ensure color availability. Some items in our online purchasing platform require 48 hours or more to craft as it is labor intensive and created just for your event. This includes, but is not limited to swags, columns, floaters, billboards, etc.

    OCCASION CREATIONS (STUFFED BALLOONS, BILLBOARDS, BOUQUETS, ETC)

    These creations are customized for each recipient and do require design, prep, assembly, and final touches. A minimum of 48 hours are required for these creations. If you have a RUSH ORDER, please contact us directly via the website chat.

  • Please note that there may be instances where standard products, colors, designs etc are substituted. In these cases, the product fundamentally remains the same; it is only the physical attributes (colors, similar foils, shapes, etc) which may vary. You will receive product or equal to or greater in value in the event of a substitution. In such cases, our commitment to customer satisfaction is our main priority.

    As such, our Terms & Conditions states that changes can only be made by the designer due to product availability issues, and not by request of the client.

  • On average our AIR FILLED balloons stay fully inflated in stable conditions (indoors, temperature controlled and avoiding abrasive surfaces) for 3-4 weeks, if not longer.

    On average our HELIUM FILLED latex balloons stay fully inflated in stable conditions (indoors, temperature controled and avoiding abrasive surfaces) for 3-5 days, if not longer. Our foil balloons have a similar life expectancy, though often times superceed this timeframe up to 3-4 weeks on average.

    It is common for customers of ours who return to us saying that they had to eventually just "throw the balloons away as they lasted too long", often times this can be years. We have a current client who still has theirs a year later!

    PRO TIP: If you are worried about life expectancy, consult one of our designer's to offer their advice on how to prolong the life of your balloons or give suggestions on the best type of creation for your recipient!

 Decor Installations

  • It is very common that we book popular dates out 3-4 months in advance. Availability for holidays and dates that surround holidays, such as New Years, Valentine's Day, and Graduation tend to become unavailable faster in the year.

    For example: in February of each year, we have several clients book our decor services for Graduation in May.

    A minimum of 2 weeks is required to coordinate your decor. We highly suggest contacting us right away so we can ensure we have availability and product on hand for your event.

    NOTE: Communicating with us DOES NOT guarantee our services being booked and reserved for your event. Events are only guaranteed with a 50% payment of your invoice.

  • NO WAY! We LOVE collaborating with our clients and creating custom and unique decor for their event. We are constantly attending professional development opportunities to improve our craft. We would love to create something special for you!

  • Pricing shown on our website includes delivery within Manatee and Sarasota Counties. If your event is outside of these locations we are usually able to accommodate with ample notice and with additional delivery fees depending on location.

  • We require a Inquiry Call after submitting our Inquiry Form so we can discuss your event in detail. During this call we will discuss the date, time, location, theme, budget, and more! In most cases we will schedule a complimentary Site Visit to make sure we design the decor to fit the space and event! After receiving our quote we require a 50% payment to lock in your date.

  • We offer outdoor balloon decor from September 1st-April 30th. We cannot guarantee any outdoor balloon decor due to unpredictable weather and conditions.

 Entertainment Services

  • It is very common that we book popular dates out 3-4 months in advance. Availability for holidays and dates that surround holidays, such as New Years, Valentine's Day, and Graduation tend to become unavailable faster in the year.

    For example: in March of each year, we have several clients book our entertainment services for
    July 4th.

    A minimum of 2 weeks is required to coordinate your entertainment services. We highly suggest contacting us right away so we can ensure we have availability for your event.

    NOTE: Communicating with us DOES NOT guarantee our services being booked and reserved for your event. Events are only guaranteed with a 50% payment of your invoice.

  • The amount of entertainers will depend on the amount of entertainment services you book. If you book a combo (i.e. 2 services) we will bring two entertainers, one for each service.

  • We provide Entertainment Services everywhere but will work with you on selecting the best type of entertainment for the location of the event. For example, Balloon Twisting is not ideal for outdoor events due to balloons hitting the ground a popping.

  • We require a Inquiry Call after submitting our Inquiry Form so we can discuss your event in detail. During this call we will discuss the date, time, location, entertainment, budget, and more! After receiving our quote we require a 50% payment to lock in your date.

 Returns & Refunds

  • Due to our extremely fast & efficient turnaround time, we do not issue refunds or returns on a standard basis.

    Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the best solution. Damages or issues with an order must be reported within a 24 hour period and will be resolved on a case by case basis. Credit may be applied by a case-by-case issue, and is not applicable for orders that are neglected or abused after pickup/delivery/installation.

    Exchanges/Credit
    We do not offer Exchanges or Credits.

    Refunds
    Due to the custom nature of our creations we do not do refunds on any accepted Delivery or Pick-Up order.
